Pricing
Our Packages
We have a few standard package prices that control most of the costs in our service department.
If you need something else, you can always ask us for a quote.
Hourly Rate
- Our workshop runs on this standard hourly rate. Minimum charge increments are 0.5 hours
- (Note: we have a safety cap of 3 hours, time is calculated as time working on your computer, not time spent here!)
Virus Clean
- Guaranteed 100% clean, computer hacking cleaning included. Bank reports available for compromised account issues.
Computer Setup
- Bring a new computer in, with your old one, and for $240 we will transfer all of your photos, documents, videos, internet favourites etc to your new computer.
- Does not include software transfer, or email setup.
Diagnosis
- Do you have a really complex issue to solve? Our diagnosis service is ideal. Low cost, this gets a computer technician focused on your computer to come up with a solution, and a quote for your complex issue.
